Apan Hotel offers 3 multi-functional congress rooms of different dimensions
suitable for various kinds of events and equipped with high quality technology.
We are able to provide a wide range of solutions in order to meet with great
flexibility our guests' requirements when planning a meeting or an event with
the professional support of our banqueting staff, that can handle all the details
for you, according to your specific exigences and budget.
Our Giulia Room provides a surface of 96 m2, with a maximum
capacity of 110 people.
Our Mimosa Room is multi-functional and modular, suitable for
various kinds of events with a maximum capacity of 150 people.
Our Valentina Room is suitable for small briefings of 8-10
persons.
All the meeting rooms can be equipped with Hi-Fi system, radio or cabled microphone,
flipchart, personal computer, maxi screen or portable screen, pulpit, laser
pointer, video-conference systems, video player, video projector, direct dial
telephone, slide projector. Any audiovisual equipment, external technical conference
assistance, telefax and photocopy service is provided upon request at separate
rates. Please discuss this with our Staff who will provide you with the best
possible solution specifically tailored to your needs.
If you need floral arrangements, welcome services, transport or transferts,
additional accessories, videoconferencing, technical assistance, etc., please
